This is my favourite shop to buy matcha from in the UK, very convenient, quick delivery and fair prices. From what I've found it is cheaper than other UK retailers selling similar matcha brands. Also love that there is a range of options so I can experiment with different brands.

I really like the quality of products, ease of ordering and speedy delivery and normally good amount of stock. I look forward to seeing more brands - hopefully ones like Suitendo, Kiyo Matcha, Naoki or Mizuba Tea. Some more accessible and affordable options . It would be great to also get a few more Hojicha options. Overall, this is a staple shopping site for me.

I’ve purchased from Yuki Matcha which is now Yusen tea several times. The quality of their matcha teas is always excellent, authentic and genuinely high quality.

Trinh is also incredibly helpful, understanding and friendly, and always responds so quickly. It makes the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely continue ordering from Yusen Tea. Highly recommended 🌟

Love the variety of products and my order always gets dispatched quickly. What I think would make the experience even better for me, if you consider switching plastic padding you use to paper alternative!

Genuine reseller. The matcha I received was good, and everything arrived fresh and well packaged. I like that Yuki Matcha stocks a wide range of Japanese brands that can be difficult to find in the UK.

I was surprised by the steep markup on some of the items. You generally pay around 2.1-3x the price when purchasing from here, even on grades/brands that are marketed as affordable. The culinary matcha pricing is very close to the premium matcha pricing.

The larger 100g bags is where the pricing starts to feel more reasonable, as the value per gram is better.

It's disappointing that there is no free/reduced delivery fee options for orders £60+, as I spent close to £100 and still had to pay for shipping seperately.

Overall, Yuki Matcha is a good option if you want genuine Japanese matcha quickly, or if you want to try a range of different brands without paying big shipping fees from Japan.

However, if you're happy to wait for an international order and know what you want, then buying directly from Japan offers significantly better value.
