How to Prepare

Water Temperature: 70–80°C (158–176°F)

Matcha Amount: 1.5–2g (1 tsp)

Water Amount: 60–70ml for usucha
Whisk vigorously in an "M" motion with a chasen (bamboo whisk) until a creamy froth forms.
