Ikuyo no Mukashi is a balanced matcha with astringency, umami, and sweetness in proportion. One of our top recommendations for a matcha latte, Ikuyo has slight astringency that pairs well with the milk.

How to Prepare

Sift 1–2 tsp of matcha into a bowl. Add 60–80 ml of hot water (80°C). Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy. Enjoy it straight or add milk for a creamy matcha latte.
