A beautifully crafted Kyō-yaki matcha bowl from the celebrated Twelve Flowers of the Zodiac collection, representing the flower of September.

Handmade by Mutsuko Kuwano (桑野むつ子), a respected artist known for her work within Kyoto’s tradition of fine imperial ceramics, this distinctive chawan captures the transition into autumn. Its elegant design features delicate kikyō (桔梗), or Japanese bellflowers, painted in rich shades of blue and purple with green foliage and refined gold detailing.
