Seikan no Shiro is a  delicate matcha with a subtle aroma and a clean, understated flavour. Gentle sweetness and soft umami sit in the background, while moderate bitterness and astringency bring balance without dominating the palate.

How to Prepare

Sift 1–2 tsp of matcha into a bowl. Add 60–80 ml of hot water (80°C). Whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy. Enjoy it straight or add milk for a creamy matcha latte.
